How to Shop with GDPS Bag NZ

Does GDPS Bag NZ have a physical store or showroom?

No, GDPS Bag NZ does not have a store or showroom. We only operate online and have an office/warehouse located in Auckland. This allows us to focus on providing the best prices and fast delivery services for our customers across New Zealand.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Unfortunately, we do not offer in-person pick-up services. Our operations are designed to function like a well-oiled machine, and manual handling might cause delays. All orders are efficiently processed and delivered through our trusted courier partners, ensuring speed and convenience for our customers.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can also securely pay using PayPal or opt for interest-free installments with Afterpay. For a complete list of accepted payment methods, refer to the footer section at the bottom of any page on our website.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to ensure speedy delivery. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please Contact Us immediately after placing it. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as the order hasn’t been processed or shipped.

Will I receive order confirmation and invoice?

Yes, after placing your order, you will receive an email with the order confirmation and invoice. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s still missing, contact us, and we’ll resend it promptly.

Shipping & Delivery

How much is the shipping cost?
  • New Zealand: Enjoy free shipping across New Zealand for all orders.
  • Australia: Free shipping is available for orders over $89 AUD. For orders below $89 AUD, a flat $20 AUD shipping fee applies.
How long does delivery take?

All orders are dispatched from our Auckland warehouse using NZ Post. Estimated delivery times are:

New Zealand:

NZPost Courier Overnight: 2 - 3 working days.

Australia:

NZPost Courier: 3 - 6 working days.

Note: Packages are shipped with Non-Signature Required service by default. If you prefer a Signature Required service, please mention it in your order notes during checkout.

How can I track my order?

All shipments include tracking, ensuring you can monitor your order’s journey. Tracking details are automatically emailed to you as soon as NZ Post scans your parcel. Be sure to provide a valid email address during checkout to receive updates promptly. If you have any concerns, feel free to Contact Us.

Do you ship overseas?

Currently, we only deliver to New Zealand and Australia. International shipping to other countries is not available at this time.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return an item?

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy. To qualify for a refund or exchange, the returned item must:

•Be unused and in its original condition.

•Retain all original packaging.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
